Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscape and technology adoption patterns across sectors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, TensorFlow) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating past technology innovation initiatives required
