Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline and evaluate new technology partnerships
- Author thought leadership content on future technology implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
