Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR into core business operations
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful case studies)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or metaverse
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence C-suite and external partners
