- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with sustainability and ethical innovation principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Drive adoption of responsible AI frameworks and ethical tech development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sustainable technology frameworks and ESG principles
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE preferred)
