Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and anticipate technological shifts affecting our industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology innovation initiatives
