Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster disruptive thinking
- Present tech strategy insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research labs, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindset across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least 3 future tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing decision-making
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
