Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
