Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess strategic viability for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
