- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
