Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech innovation
- Experience securing federal grants and managing multi-stakeholder R&D consortia
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
