Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers on technology trends
- Mentor R&D teams in adopting future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
