Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Published thought leadership in tech disruption (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies
