Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching tech-forward products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience building and scaling technology innovation labs or R&D divisions
