Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive internal education programs on next-gen technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
