- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, product, and market intelligence teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts affecting future innovation landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
- Produce quarterly future-tech briefings for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating them into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in scenario modeling and market research tools
- Strong executive communication abilities with demonstrated experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Track record of developing successful innovation frameworks in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous tech strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
