Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and validation of emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints and prototype development
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience building high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and venture capital landscape
- Prior experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
