Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and neural interface systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Partner with governments to establish regulatory standards for autonomous systems
- Design carbon-negative data center architectures supporting exascale computing
- Drive innovation sprints for biometric authentication and decentralized identity solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technologies strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or sustainable tech
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market deployment
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
