Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Identify emerging tech trends through market research, patent analysis, and startup scouting
- Lead strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and academic institutions
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and secure budget approvals
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Patents or publications in future technologies highly desirable
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin required for global stakeholder engagement
