Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
