Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization focus
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Manage pilot projects for prototype validation and market readiness assessment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products/services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
