Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Mentor innovation teams and drive patent development portfolios

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
