- Manage technology innovation budget and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
