Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption and implementation
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Future Tech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
