Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with 6-month commercialization cycles
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES) to position InnovateCorp as 2026 thought leader
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on quantum-AI hybrid research initiatives
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 30+ annual filings in emerging tech
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biomedical Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing at least 3 emerging technologies
- Expertise in generative AI architectures, quantum error correction, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Secured $10M+ in government grants or venture capital for tech ventures
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences in the past 24 months
