Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology visions to C-suite and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Incubate and scale experimental projects from concept to MVP
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing future-facing product roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
