Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market deployment
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
