- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging tech adoption
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products based on futuristic tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
