Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and market analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech) with 3-5 year strategic impact
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate emerging innovations into product roadmaps and service offerings
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and cross-functional ideation sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, TOEIC) highly valued
