Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing technology adoption pilots
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation portfolio success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
