- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts impacting future technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
