Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging innovations (2026+)
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Identify market opportunities and build business cases for emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary ideation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Engineering, Computer Science preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup or corporate innovation experience
