Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for market disruption potential

- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with quarterly reviews

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for innovation investments
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
