Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision and investor communications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, INSEAD)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
