Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence projects
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Pioneer circular economy models for hardware lifecycle management
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, or climate tech
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM)
