Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with commercial potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future technologies into company products and services
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
