Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Caltech) and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact assessment
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network of tech innovators with access to venture capital ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (WFS) or Technology Foresight
