Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis, patent research, and startup scouting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and R&D incubation programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and scientists
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
