Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends, assess commercial viability, and build competitive moats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for co-innovation
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and board members, securing funding for moonshot projects
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps or R&D pipelines
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology) with published thought leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technological inflection points
