Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives including AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and synthetic biology integration
- Lead market research and competitive analysis of emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and growth targets
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible innovation and ethical technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
