- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and maintain partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar institutions
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for core innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals in matrixed environments
- Published research or patents in disruptive technology fields
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and predictive analytics
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
