Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking technology adoption and impact

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive teams
