Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) and produce actionable insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain external partnerships with research labs and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting our 2026 strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends with market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
