- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across 3 innovation labs
- Pioneer industry standards in ethical AI deployment
- Present findings at CES, Web Summit, and Davos forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from prototype to production
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for APAC partnerships
