Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies
- Present technology assessments and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of tech commercialization and product lifecycle management

- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
