Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for future deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
