- Develop client-specific strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and workforce transformation
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive technological shifts
- Produce annual FutureTech Impact Reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists and build partnerships with academic research institutions
- Present at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, etc.)
