Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AR/VR 3.0) for market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
