Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends to recommend technology investments with 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale technology products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or technology foresight
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
