- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and sustainability goals
- Secure $5M+ annual research budgets through compelling investor presentations and grant applications
- Manage a team of 12+ PhD researchers and engineers across three innovation labs
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative research projects
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, CES, and other premier tech forums
- Drive intellectual property strategy targeting 15+ patents annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field from top-tier institution
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ products)
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Ability to secure $10M+ in government grants or venture funding
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ researchers
