Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation investments with long-term growth targets
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI analyses to executive stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for cutting-edge tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline success and technology adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching commercialized tech products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical innovation teams
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
